Nelvia Bullock helps people leverage real estate opportunities to build wealth.
Growing up in Northwest Oklahoma and Chicago, before later moving to San Francisco, and eventually calling Charlotte home, Nelvia knows the logistical and emotional frustration that comes with relocating and first-time home ownership.
Partner that empathy with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, and you have a real estate professional who delivers above-and-beyond client service as a top producing North Carolina and South Carolina Realtor® with Compass and Principal of Bullock and Co. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) who has also earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation and the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification.
In 2020 and 2021, she was named one ofAmerica’s Top 100 Real Estate Agents®. Her work and perspective has been featured in publications including USAToday, Martha Stewart Living, Know Charlotte, Axios, and Charlotte Real Producers. She is a frequent guest contributor for Charlotte news stations including WCCB and WSOC-TV to update viewers on real estate news.
Nelvia’s greatest work has been motherhood. Her family is her why. Husband, Todd, their children, Madison and Maxwell, as well as fur baby, Sasha Fierce, are the reasons she works so hard.
She channels free time and energy volunteering with philanthropic organizations that support families, education, and the well-being of communities. Nelvia supports organizations including Women’s Impact Fund and Good Friends Charlotte. She serves on the Executive Board for the Chapter Chapter of Jack and Jill of America. Several years ago while serving as a board member for buildON, a nonprofit that constructs new schools in some of the world’s most economically poor countries, she recruited her husband for a special mission project. Together, they raised the funds necessary to build a primary school in a remote Nicaraguan village.
It was an experience that left her with gratitude, an appreciation for the bigger picture, and the drive to be a better human for all.
